Libby will Resign

ABC News is reporting that Lewis Libby's "boxes are packed" in his office. He will resign after he recieves his indictment this afternoon:

Vice President Dick Cheney's chief advisor I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby will be indicted today in the CIA leak investigation, sources close to the case told ABC News. Top White House strategist Karl Rove will evade charges for now.

A source close to the White House told ABC News that Libby's "boxes are packed" and that he will resign from his post after the indictment.
